Leatherwood is the gifted cousin in the Buzz Honey range. Sourced from Tasmania’s ancient temperate rainforest, the rare Leatherwod Tree does not begin producing nectar until at least 175 years old. This honey is naturally strongly scented and dark in colour. It has very high antiseptic properties coupled with one of the world’s top scources of prebiotic (helps promote good gut flora). We think this is perhaps why it will candy to a soft creamy texture quickly.
