OUR HONEY
Each year, we follow the seasons across some of the state’s most pristine locations, to ensure that every spoonful of Buzz Honey encapsulates the unique flavours of South Australia.Using classic, chemical-free, cold press extraction, we carefully preserve the natural enzymes and health-giving properties of this magical ‘nectar’, and produce 100% pure, raw, single-source honeys from blue gum, bush mallee, orange blossom and meadow flowers. Each one is different, but all are perfect.
